Terms
Last updated: November 5, 2026
These terms cover your use of Entice’s website and service. By using either, you agree to them. If you and Entice sign a separate agreement, that agreement wins where the two differ.
An invite-only beta
Entice is in an invite-only beta. Access is by invitation, and we may decline or end access at our discretion. During the beta the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Features will change, and some things will break; we’ll fix them as fast as we can.
Who owns what
- Yours. Your brand assets (name, logo, product, materials you give us) stay yours, and so does the final content you approve. You give us permission to use your brand assets only to do the work for you.
- Ours. Entice keeps its methods, software and research process. Your data and your results stay yours.
Results
We work to lower your cost to acquire customers, but marketing results depend on many things outside our control. We don’t guarantee any specific result, including any customer acquisition cost, conversion rate or return on ad spend.
You approve what you publish
Financial ads carry legal and platform rules (for example on claims, rates, fees and disclosures). You are responsible for reviewing and approving every claim before content is published or run as an ad, and for making sure it complies with the rules that apply to you. Nothing we make is legal, financial or compliance advice.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- scrape, copy or resell the service itself, or try to reverse engineer it (using the content you approve is yours to do);
- try to get around access controls;
- use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or that infringes someone else’s rights.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may change, pause or end the beta, or any part of it. We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. If you keep using Entice after a change, the new terms apply.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Entice isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
